• If you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (such as your name and email address)
• Payment records (such as the amount, currency, and payment status). Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never stored on our servers

Photos and Analysis Data

• Photos you upload for color analysis
• Responses to questionnaire about your features
• Analysis results and color recommendations
• Usage patterns and preferences within the app

• Provide personalized seasonal color analysis
• Generate your custom color palette and recommendations

Service Providers We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us run Season Match, and only as needed for them to do so:

• Supabase: account sign-in, database, and secure photo storage
• OpenAI: processes your photos and questionnaire responses to generate your color analysis
• Stripe: payment processing
• Google: sign-in, if you choose to sign in with your Google account
• Cloudflare: website hosting and delivery
• Skimlinks: affiliate links, described below

Affiliate Links and Cookies

Some links to products and retailers on Season Match are affiliate links. If you click one and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Our recommendations are based on your color analysis, not on commissions.

We use Skimlinks to manage these links. When you visit our site or click an outbound link, Skimlinks and the retailers it works with may use cookies and similar technologies to record the click and attribute any resulting purchase. This may include information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. See the Skimlinks privacy policy for details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not affect your use of Season Match.

We also use your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to hold your analysis in progress while you sign in or complete payment.

• Payment processing through PCI-compliant Stripe

Photo Privacy

Your photos are extremely important to us. We use your photos solely for color analysis purposes. Photos are stored securely and are accessible only to your account. To perform your analysis, we send your photos to OpenAI through a temporary link that expires after 15 minutes. We do not share your photos with any other third party, and we do not sell them or use them for advertising. You can request deletion of your photos at any time by contacting support.
